I asked Fix and Flow to replace a very old valve and stopcock in my kitchen which is currently being refurbished. James the plumber was very polite and just got on with the work, no fuss, working diligently and non-stop until done. In learning more about my plumbing overall as he needed to turn off the mains, etc James made a number of recommendations for replacing other parts, but there was no pressure to go with his suggestions, and his rationale was clearly explained. I agreed for some further work whilst everything was off including replacement of a sheered off internal mains stopcock and all was done with real care. James did repeated checks on his work before leaving, labelled everything and tidied up well. I would highly recommend Fix and Flow and they will my go to plumbers from now on.

When our shower pump stopped working, we posted on a Nextdoor site for recommendations for a plumber.
James gave us his details and we messaged him for a quote. He contacted us quickly on the same day and suggested a suitable pump and confirmed availability and a time frame. We decided to go with him as he could fit us in the following day and had offered to order and pick up the pump.
James provided a very efficient service and was very knowledgeable. He worked methodically and neatly with very good attention to detail, and made sure that everything was working and as it should be, before finishing.
I would recommend him to anyone else that is looking for a plumber, and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again if we need his services in the future.
